500g of the finest brown sauce in our end-of-life emergency supply can including a practical plastic lid for easy reseal.
This allows you to quickly and easily prepare a total of 4.5 liters of brown sauce.
Our brown sauce (demi-glace) is the secret ingredient in many of the basic sauces of classic French cuisine. It's often referred to as the mother or queen of sauces, as demi-glace is a highly concentrated sauce that, even in minimal amounts, adds that certain something to any fine sauce.
Our brown sauce from Endziit.ch is delicious and long-lasting, making it ideal as an emergency supply.
Preparation: Slowly stir the powder into hot, but not boiling, water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Dosage: 120g content + 1 liter of water = 10 servings.
