Horn pasta (also known as cornetti, or locally as Hörnli/Hörchen) is a pasta dish named for its curved shape. Horn pasta is a special form of macaroni or tortiglioni. It is made by pressing pasta dough through special molds and cutting it. Their curved, hollow shape allows them to absorb sauces particularly well and is easy to handle with a spoon.
Our Hörnli are small and long-lasting, making them ideal as an emergency supply.
