This allows you to quickly and easily prepare 8 main meal portions or 13 side dish portions.
Jasmine rice is also called "fragrant rice" or "perfumed rice" because of its special aroma. Its pleasant jasmine scent is released when cooked and, unlike many other varieties, its distinctive flavor is enhanced by a special cultivation method. The grains are small and ideal for emergency storage, as they are also among the "hard" varieties of rice.
Cooking time: approx. 20 minutes (bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat).
