The RHINO RESCUE Ratchet-Driven Hemostatic Clamp enables rapid and effective hemostasis in severe injuries by closing the skin and creating a temporary, controlled hematoma until surgical repair can be performed. The self-locking clamp features fine needles that secure the skin edges between the pressure bars to prevent slippage and blood leakage. Pressure is evenly distributed to completely seal the wound. The adjustable locking mechanism allows for customized pressure adjustment to achieve a secure seal.
Application

Remove the device from the packaging.

Locate wound edges, adjust angle.

Position the clamp parallel to the wound (1–2 cm distance).

Press arms together to close the skin.
