200g of the finest dry yeast in our special Endziit Mylar bag.
During the manufacturing process, a high proportion of water is removed from the yeast. This makes the dry yeast longer lasting, more productive, and ideal as an emergency supply.
Dosage: 7g of dry yeast is sufficient for 500g of flour, equivalent to 25g of fresh yeast.
Preparation: Carefully dry-mix the yeast with the flour. Process the ingredients listed in your recipe as usual. After preparation and before baking, let the dough rise as usual. Store in an airtight, cool, and dry place.
