This allows you to prepare 3.5 liters of milk quickly and easily.
You can use Enziit whole milk powder to make milk, cheese, yogurt, sweets, baked goods and baby food.
In contrast to conventional milk, our whole milk powder is lighter in weight and has a long shelf life - making it ideal as an emergency supply.
Dosage: 130g whole milk powder to 0.87 liters of water = 1 liter of whole milk. Dosage in dough: 100-140g/liter, 50-70g/kg flour
