500g of the finest brown sauce in our end-of-season emergency supply tin including a practical plastic lid for easy re-closing.
This allows you to prepare a total of 4.5 litres of brown sauce quickly and easily.
Our brown sauce (demi-glace) is the secret behind many basic sauces in classic French cuisine. It is often referred to as the mother or queen of sauces, as demi-glace is a highly concentrated sauce that gives every fine sauce that certain something, even in minimal doses.
Our brown sauce from Endziit.ch is delicious and has a long shelf life, making it ideal as an emergency supply.
Preparation: Slowly stir the powder into hot, but not boiling, water, bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Dosage: 120g content + 1 liter water = 10 portions.
