600g of the finest couscous (durum wheat semolina), in our end-of-season emergency supply tin including a practical plastic lid for easy re-closing.

This allows you to quickly and easily prepare 5 main meal portions or 10 side dish portions.

According to legend, couscous was a gift from heaven for starving Berbers. When the angels saw that the people were starving, they began to cry - and their tears are said to have turned into edible grains (couscous).

Our Endziit.ch CousCous has a long shelf life and is therefore ideal as an emergency supply.

Preparation: Boil water, add couscous, cover and let it swell for about 3-5 minutes - voilà!
