Horn pasta (also known as cornetti, or regionally called Hörnli/Hörnchen) is a type of pasta named after its curved shape. Horn pasta is a special form of macaroni or tortiglioni. It is made by pressing the pasta dough through special molds and cutting it. The curved hollow shape means it absorbs sauces particularly well and is easy to handle with a spoon.
Our Hörnli are small and have a long shelf life, making them ideal as an emergency supply.
