200g of the finest dry yeast in our special Endziit Mylar bag.
During the manufacturing process, a large amount of water is removed from the yeast. This means that the dry yeast lasts longer, is more productive and is therefore ideal as an emergency supply.
Dosage: 7g dry yeast is sufficient for 500g flour, equivalent to 25g fresh yeast.
Preparation: Carefully mix the yeast with the flour until dry. Process the ingredients mentioned in your recipe as usual. After preparation and before baking, let the dough rise as usual. Store in an airtight, cool and dry place.
